Association Agreement

  1. ASSOCIATION AGREEMENT.   This is an association agreement (“Agreement“) between League of Human Evolution Reimagineers (“The League“) and each Human Evolution 2-22-2222 Reimagineer (“Reimagineer“) of The League. As a condition of association, the Reimagineer agrees that all current and future content of the website of League of Human Evolution Reimagineers (“The League Website“), including all embedded links to both internal and external content and sources, have been used, and will continue to be used, as the sole basis for entering into this Agreement.   Furthermore, each Reimagineer agrees that the addition of new content, and/or referenced therein, on The League Website deemed to be objectionable or unacceptable to a Reimagineer shall never constitute the basis for requesting a cancellation or termination of the Agreement and to request any sort of refund or compensation.
  2. LIFE OF THE AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be in full force from the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for the lifetime of the Reimagineer or until the occurrence of either (a) the approval of the transfer of the Reimagineer‘s membership, (b) termination due to conduct unbecoming a Reimagineer, or (c) the Reimagineer‘s engagement in practices that are inconsistent with the mandate of The League, therein referenced at “What is a Human Evolution 2-22-2222 Reimagineer at League of Human Evolution Reimagineers?“
  3. PERSONAL MEMBERSHIP. This membership is granted solely to the individual whose name is listed herein. No entity, corporation, partnership, association, or other organization may claim or use this membership. Membership is restricted to natural persons who have obtained a Lifetime Reimagineer Authentication Pass (the “Pass“) as a condition of membership and is not available to entities or organizations. The rights and benefits of membership are personal to the named individual and cannot be assigned, transferred, or shared with any other person or entity without the express approval of the founder of The League; many of which are referenced therein at Human Evolution 2-22-2222 ::: Deep Introduction to League of Human Evolution Reimagineers
  4. SURVIVAL. All provisions regarding indemnification, warranty, liability, and limits thereon, and confidentiality and/or protections of proprietary rights and trade secrets, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
  5. PAYMENT OF LIFETIME REIMAGINEER AUTHENTICATION PASS. Payment of the Pass can be made in any leading cryptocurrencies and stablecoins recognized worldwide; fiat currencies; and any other approved methods of payment in US dollar equivalent. Candidates who are under consideration for membership will be provided a current list of approved methods of payment.   6. REFUND POLICY.   Once payment for the Lifetime Reimagineer Authentication Pass has been duly authorized and made by the Reimagineer, then NO REFUND shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.   In addition, in the event of termination of membership of a Reimagineer, NO PRO-RATA REFUND of the Pass shall be made.
  7. OFFICIAL VENUE.  The official and proper jurisdiction for all disputes regarding this Agreement shall be in the COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  This Agreement shall be governed by California law without reference to its conflicts of law principles.
  8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS OF ASSOCIATION.   By submitting the application for membership, each applicant, an individual acting on their own volition, agrees to the terms of this association.
